Controller
to lead accounting operations and provide financial insight to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings a blend of
public and private accounting experience
, strong analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to managing financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial statements and reports.
• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis to support leadership in strategic planning and operational decisions.
• Drive process improvements and enhance internal controls for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership to ensure clear communication and data-driven decisions.
• Play a key role in ERP/software implementation, ensuring seamless integration and accuracy of financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience with exposure to both public and private sectors.
• Proven experience in software or ERP implementation.
• Strong technical proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
