• Experience: Associate degree with 2+ years in heavy-duty tractor-trailer repair, or high school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of repair processes, industry standards, and best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions.

• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Windows-based programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
