Host/Hostess

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Hos. As a Host you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome

• Seat guests and provide them with menus

• Assist in managing reservations and waitlist

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station

• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries

• Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations

• Provide assistance to servers and other staff as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is requires

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally

• Familiarity with restaurant operations and guest services

• Proficiency in using reservations systems is a plus

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Must have a helpful and hospitable attitude
