Fire Sprinkler Design and Estimation Manager

Fuego Fire Sprinkler Design is looking for a skilled and detail-driven Fire Sprinkler Design and Estimation Manager to join our growing team. We partner with fire protection contractors, Architectural and Engineering Firms nationwide to deliver precise, code-compliant designs and estimates that keep projects on time and on budget.

Position Details:

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
• No freelance or outside work permitted while employed with Fuego.
• This is a work-from-home office position, following East Coast hours.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day to day operations of fire sprinkler design and estimators providing support, reviews and guidance for all deliverables.
• Prepare and manage weekly calendar assignments for teams, ensuring proper coverage and on time delivery of projects.
• Design fire sprinkler systems using AutoSprink or HydraCAD, as required for higher level projects.
• Prepare fire sprinkler estimates as required for higher level projects.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Participate in hiring, reviews and changes to team as required.
• Perform reviews of work performed Team members for accuracy, compliance and client preferences.
• Work closely with President on high level of operations, business development and special projects.
• Ensure full code compliance with NFPAs, and other applicable standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven AutoSprink experience (required)
• NICET certification (required)
• Strong understanding of NFPA codes and design standards
• Ability to manage team, multiple projects and meet deadlines in a work-from-home setting
