ERP Project Manager

We're seeking an
experienced ERP Project Manager
to join a dynamic organisation implementing enterprise-scale ERP solutions. This role will lead projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning technology with business needs.

What you'll do:

• Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations and upgrades (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and business stakeholders
• Manage vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Identify risks, manage change requests, and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide clear reporting to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience managing ERP projects, preferably in a mid-to-large enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and implementation best practices
• Excellent project management skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification preferred
