Production Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our commercial laundry facility. This role includes supervising employees, improving production efficiency, ensuring quality control, and working hands-on with the production team. Ideal for candidates with experience in commercial laundry, manufacturing, industrial labor, or warehouse supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff and train new employees
• Monitor production workflow and resolve bottlenecks
• Maintain safety and quality standards
• Communicate with service/logistics teams
• Assist with staging and loading for next-day deliveries
• Work alongside production staff as needed- 50% Leadership/50% Individual Contribution

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in commercial laundry, manufacturing, industrial production, or related environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 8 hours with breaks in compliance with State and Federal regulations

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. You choose the consistent schedule that works for you
• No nights, no weekends
