Bartender (Part-time)

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining environments and possess a strong understanding of the food service industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of liquor, glassware, and supplies.
• Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their experience.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and manage transactions.
• Monitor customer consumption levels and adhere to responsible serving guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drink orders.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations within the bar area.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items and promote specials.
• Familiarity with food service operations within the restaurant or food industry is advantageous.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques, and cocktail presentation is essential.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
