Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, adhering to recipes and safety standards
• Take food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining accuracy in retail math calculations
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations and food handling protocols
• Assist with food service during busy periods, including banquet events or catering functions
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Monitor guest satisfaction continuously, addressing concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts using strong time management skills
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of food safety regulations is essential
• Background in hospitality, brewing, catering, retail math, or the food industry will be advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and enthusiastically
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and retail transactions are required

Pay: $4.00 - $5.00 per hour
