Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces across various areas of the facility
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring proper disposal of waste
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively to achieve high standards of hygiene
• Follow detailed cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas meet cleanliness requirements
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for immediate resolution
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold facility standards

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and efficiency
• Strong understanding of safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment use
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
