Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to menu standards.
• Stretch and hand-toss dough to proper size and thickness.
• Prepare and assemble ingredients for pizzas consistently and efficiently.
• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times for quality results.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Stock ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Follow all food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
• Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely orders.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hand-tossed pizza-making experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-volume, high-temperature environments.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Valid Food Handler's Certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
