Lead Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance to join our company. As the Lead Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities of our facilities.

Duties:
- Perform light facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, light electrical work, and carpentry. Maintain/organize company maintenance department
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Maintain and repair machinery and equipment, including troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Fabricate or modify parts as necessary to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all staff

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred or experience equivalent. Must have unrestricted driver license
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with strong mechanical knowledge across multiple trades
- Light electrical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems as needed
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
