Project Manager
Overview:
The Project Manager oversees and implements multi-disciplinary projects across the team. They organize work, align team activities and deliverables, and track project milestones, deadlines, and budgets to ensure clients receive referral-generating services. The team member is a self-starter who brings to the table: attention to detail, excellent communication skills, strong collaboration, and adept management of deadlines and budgets. This team member will plan and lead client meetings and presentations, collaborate with the project team, guide and direct production schedules, and cultivate positive relationships through clear communication and purposeful virtual meetings. This team player can overcome obstacles and keep everyone up-to-date and aligned from project conceptualization to post-launch quality assurance touchpoints with clients.

- Websites
- Campaigns that involve cross-disciplinary collaboration and outputs
- Videos
- Events (such as tradeshows)
- Third-party production assignments (e.g., tradeshow booths, displays, renderings)
Fluencies
- MacOS, including Keynote
- WordPress CMS for content updates
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- SEO fundamentals and tools, including SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
- Marketing automation tools and landing page builders (HubSpot, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Project management and collaboration tools (Slack, email, ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp, etc.)
- File-sharing tools (VPN/remote server connections, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.)
- Google Workspace, including Mail, Docs, Sheets, etc. (and/or Microsoft parallels: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Video and teleconferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Bonus proficiencies:
- Basic coding experience (HTML/CSS)
- Solid understanding of ADA & WCAG accessibility compliance
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud web and graphics software and Microsoft Office applications
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
- Fluencies as outlined
- 3 or more years of agency experience
- 3 or more years of project management experience
- 3 or more years of relevant web production experience
- Understanding of website performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
- Keen understanding of and desire to stay on top of emerging trends in website production and UX
- Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with identifying and vetting web design and development partners
- A motivated, self-starting attitude
- Ability to build rapport and engage with clients and team members through virtual meeting platforms
- Passion for collaboration, teamwork, and creative problem-solving with stakeholders at all levels to effectively manage outcomes
- A highly organized multitasker who can work independently and in a team environment while consistently meeting deadlines and staying on or under budget
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks/assignments
- Ability to direct projects, including organizing tasks, adhering to deadlines, and remaining within budget
- Ability to align team activities, including giving direction and feedback, organizing priorities and dependent task relationships, and coordinating collaboration
- Attention to detail and solid communication skills (written and oral)
- An eagle eye toward grammar and quality control
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Role + Responsibilities
Project Manager:
- Implement and oversee the full lifecycle of complex, multi-disciplinary projects, including projects with evolving or ambiguous requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, planning/budgeting, team and vendor recruitment, conceptualization, roadmapping, long-term planning, team delivery oversight, project quality assurance touchpoints, and insight-based reporting with internal team members and clients
- Organize team actions, tasks, timelines, and client deliverables while ensuring projects do not exceed budget and meet all deadlines
