Responsibilities

• Operate various hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to support manufacturing processes
• Assist in the assembly of products on the production line, following detailed work instructions
• Use forklift trucks to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies within the warehouse or factory floor
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functioning and safety compliance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Support inventory management by accurately recording parts and materials used during production
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow efficiency

Requirements

• Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line processes is a plus
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts is desirable
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive tasks effectively
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire is advantageous
• Basic understanding of manufacturing safety standards and procedures
