Pool Service Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of residential swimming pools ensuring they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Perform regular pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters.
• Utilize hand tools for repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool.
• Communicate with clients regarding pool conditions, maintenance schedules, and any necessary repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities.

Skills

• Must be honest and reliable.
• No experience needed.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool systems and equipment repair.
• Proficiency in using tools safely and effectively.
• Experience in pool cleaning techniques and chemical treatments.
• Ability to diagnose issues with pool equipment and perform necessary repairs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
