HIRING: VIDEO EDITOR (FULL-TIME)

We're looking for a reliable, fast, and creative Video Editor to handle high-performing short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

If you love retention editing, clean aesthetics, and quick turnarounds, this is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Edit 2–3 short-form videos daily (B-roll, captions, carousels)

Add captions, timing, and retention-focused cuts

Create strong on-screen hooks + branded captions

Add light B-roll and overlays when needed

Export platform-optimized versions (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)

Maintain brand style and clean visual aesthetic

Organize raw footage and deliver within 24–48 hours

Track performance and apply feedback

Build a library of brand fonts, assets, B-roll, and effects

Stay updated with editing trends

Prepare long-form edits in the future

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci

• Portfolio of short-form edits

• Fast delivery speed

• Strong understanding of retention editing

• Available to work with Central Time deadlines

$10 per video
