Warehouse Associate

What You Will Do:

• Conduct monthly inventories of entire warehouse & select vehicles (coordinate with Service Manager)
• Organize warehouse to enable easy inventories and presentable appearance
• Order and manage warranty parts from technician to vendor to customer
• Submit truck stock replenishment order on a weekly basis
• Monitor flow of materials and establish process to quickly get technicians truck stock
• Conduct analyses on whether adjustments need to be made to truck stock to minimize supply house visits
• Load and unload material and equipment shipments
• Manage deliveries of materials & equipment
• Establish relationships with vendors
• Resolve all delivery complaints and receiving disputes quickly and effectively
• Work outside for extended periods of time,
• Assist with Fleet Management

What You Will Bring:

• Must have Valid Driver's License
• Must pass a motor vehicle, background check and drug screen
• Strong work ethic, organizational skills and willingness to learn new methods

• Self-Motivated; Excited to work with little oversight and continuously improve the span of control
• Computer literacy; need to be able to use email & excel to submit replenishment reports as well as manage inventory via our CRM tool
• Detail oriented; take pride in knowing exactly what's coming into and leaving the warehouse
• Organized; effectively organizes warehouse and takes pride in the appearance
• Physically capable; must be able to regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift in access of 50lbs if needed
