We are hiring a
Senior Mechanical Engineer
to lead the design, development, and production release of new products and custom solutions. This is a high-impact role with significant new-platform work and extensive ownership across the full product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full product cycles from concept development through tooling release.
  • Design sheet metal and injection-molded plastic components.
  • Develop mechanical solutions that integrate tightly with electronic assemblies.
  • Drive accelerated project timelines and take full ownership of mechanical deliverables.
  • Generate new 3D models and execute DFM, while also modifying and improving existing models.
  • Create mechanical engineering specifications and develop multiple design concepts across the product line.
  • Own both new product development and ongoing product maintenance activities.
  • Produce and release 2D drawings; validate samples and finished products.
  • Work hands-on with the design team to build, refine, and validate prototypes.
  • Ensure all engineering work aligns with internal procedures, standards, and schedules.
  • Create and maintain component documentation, validation reports, and Product Change Notifications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional product outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 7 years of experience designing injection-molded, sheet metal, and machined parts.
  • 7 years of mechanical design experience (ideally within SolidWorks).
  • Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, mold design, tooling, and production processes.
  • Skilled at integrating electronic components into mechanical systems.
