Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-end sautéed and broiled dishes to order with precision and consistency
• Maintain mise en place, station cleanliness, and proper food storage
• Follow recipes and plating guidelines set by the Executive Chef
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to execute service smoothly and efficiently
• Uphold all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in an upscale dining
• Proficiency on both sauté and broiler stations
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask under pressure
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
