Site Supervisor Valet

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor Valet to lead our parking and guest service operations. In this role, you will oversee the daily activities of the valet team, ensuring seamless vehicle management, exceptional guest experiences, and efficient operations. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of valet attendants to ensure prompt and courteous guest services
• Manage vehicle parking, retrieval, and movement with precision, including driving manual transmission vehicles when necessary
• Ensure all vehicles are handled safely and securely, adhering to parking regulations and dealership standards
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns efficiently
• Maintain accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures for valet transactions, including retail math calculations
• Communicate clearly with team members and guests to facilitate smooth operations and uphold service quality
• Conduct regular safety checks, monitor parking areas, and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage

Experience

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality roles with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Proven driving experience, including operating vehicles with manual transmissions and familiarity with parking regulations
• Background in dealership or retail environments is highly desirable
• Experience as a delivery driver or in cashiering roles demonstrating strong cash handling skills and retail math knowledge
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse guests
• Excellent communication skills to lead a team and interact confidently with guests
• Prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting is preferred but not required
