Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Social Media Specialist with strong WordPress experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing online platforms and social media communication.

While prior experience is required, we will provide training on our internal systems and walk you through how our company operates to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner
• Manage and engage with customers across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, etc.)
• Update and manage WordPress websites (content edits, pages, basic troubleshooting)
• Assist with posting content, promotions, and announcements
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow company workflows, policies, and service standards

Required Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience (1+ year minimum)
• Hands-on WordPress experience (required)
• Experience managing or responding on social media platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, dashboards, and online tools
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with CRM systems or ticketing platforms
• Basic knowledge of SEO or website optimization
• Familiarity with Google Business Profiles
• Digital marketing or agency experience
