Full-Time | $25.00/hr | Monday–Friday | 8am–5pm

DxTx Pain & Spine partners with independent, award-winning pain and spine physicians across a national network, providing scalable operational, compliance, finance, ASC, marketing, and back-office support — all while preserving each practice's identity and autonomy. Our clinical philosophy emphasizes diagnosing and treating the source of pain using non-surgical and minimally invasive techniques, reserving surgery as a last resort.
The Opportunity
In this role, you'll support key HR functions including reporting, onboarding, compliance, recruiting assistance, and general HR inquiries. You'll work closely with the HR team to keep workflows organized, accurate, and running smoothly in a fast-paced remote environment.
What You'll Do
Compliance, Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain HR and onboarding reports.
- Support audit responses and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to employment regulations and internal policies.
- Manage I-9 completion, verification, and compliance.
Recruiting & Onboarding Support
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and candidate communication.
- Serve as a back-up recruiter when needed.
- Manage onboarding workflows and documentation in JazzHR and Paylocity.
Employment Verifications & Screening
- Conduct employment and reference checks.
- Assist with background and drug screening.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Coordinate IT equipment ordering for new hires.
- Ensure remote compliance posters are properly displayed.
- Perform spot-check audits on benefits deductions.
- Respond to general HR inquiries as the first point of contact.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field — or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 1–3 years administrative/HR or recruitment support experience
- At least 6 months of Paylocity experience (required)
- JazzHR experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with HR practices, including Title VII
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to meet physical demands: sitting for long periods; communication; hand/finger use; close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
