Job Details: Rymar USA is now hiring a full time Warehouse Operations Manager at our Doral, FL location. We are looking for someone who has a great attitude, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.

Warehouse Operations Manager will report directly to the Branch Manager.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; wrapping pallets; placing orders in delivery area

• Oversee's inventory management to reduce shrink.

• Completes shipments by processing, loading, and receiving orders

• Ensures a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations tidy

• Maintains organization & standards

• Provides quality service by following organization standards.

• Other duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and thoroughly

• Great interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft (Outlook, Word etc.)

• Ability to work within a fast-paced, high volume environment

• Ability to work within a team environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma

Experience: Warehouse experience required

Certification: Forklift License and experience operating a forklift is required

Language: Bilingual an asset. Spanish a huge plus

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Extensive walking or movement, bending, kneeling, and working with machines

• Ability to sit and/or stand for a full shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60, $70,000.00 per year
