Kitchen Manager

Job Summary

An established, high-volume, family owned restaurant concept in San Bruno, known for scratch-made comfort food, is seeking a Kitchen Manager. The ideal candidate will have successfully managed high-volume, structured BOH operations and be able to uphold operating standards.

Salary $95k - $110k plus bonus & benefits

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading high-volume kitchens with $8M+ in annual revenue
• Deep understanding of recipe execution, culinary standards, and team training, with a proven ability to maintain consistency at scale

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day kitchen operations with a focus on excellence, efficiency, and uncompromising quality
• Recruit, train, coach, and inspire back-of-house teams to perform at a high level and consistently meet standards
• Champion food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across all kitchen operations
• Partner in inventory control, purchasing, and food cost management to support profitability
• Work closely with ownership and leadership to protect brand integrity and deliver an outstanding guest experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95, $110,000.00 per year
