This position is responsible for coordinating all warehouse activities on a daily basis including the receiving, warehousing, shipping and delivery of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives. This position will also interact with our customers. Additionally, this position will assist other departments through seasonal support.

Responsibilities
- Lead the unloading of the inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product, along with picking and staging outbound shipments.
- Verify required inbound / outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all products are properly accounted for.
- Safely and efficiently operate all material handling equipment.
- Lead in maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Lead the checking in of product returns and update inventory balances on hand.
- Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents.
- Assist in set-up and preparation of warehouse for special events.
- Perform other related duties as may be required by the Sales Support Manager.
- Assist Beck's Facilities and or Maintenance Mangers in general maintenance of the respective facility in a manner consistent with Beck's company standards
- Assist Practical Farm Research and Product Research teams with seasonal support. Duties may include plot preparation, planting, spraying, or harvesting of plots.
Job Requirements
Education and training:
- Associates (A.S.) degree required
- Ability to possess and maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record as determined by Beck's automobile insurance policy preferred.
- CDL or equivalent may be required.
- This is a safety-sensitive position.
Technical knowledge:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess positive attitude
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, work as a team member and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Overtime is required
- Ability to successfully complete Beck's Fork Lift training required.
Experience:
- Agricultural and warehouse experience preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to pass respiratory medical clearance evaluation may be required.
- Ability to pass DOT physical examination and obtain Medical Examiner's Certificate may be required.
