Russell's Contracting is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. We are a small, family-owned company established in 2020 with a strong foothold in the Seacoast area. While we may be small, we operate like a powerhouse—guided by integrity, honesty, and the Golden Rule in everything we do.
Our work ranges from decks and smaller projects to full-home remodels and ground-up residential builds. Position Summary
This is a salary-based Project Management role with weekly pay.
Once a project is sold and the scope of work is defined, you will take full ownership of managing the project from planning through completion. You will coordinate all operational aspects of the job, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to our quality standards.
This is a high-impact, high-reward position for an experienced residential PM who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.

We are seeking someone with 8+ years of residential construction project management experience who can step in confidently, hit the ground running, and earn strong compensation based on performance and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 3–5 residential projects simultaneously, ranging from smaller jobs to ground-up home builds
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction
- Obtain permits, schedule inspections, and ensure compliance
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor and vendor agreements
- Order materials and manage job-site logistics
- Oversee crews and subcontractors in the field
- Track budgets, schedules, and project progress
- Provide clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams
- Prepare progress and cost reports, including real-time before/after photos for clients
- Invoice time and materials on a weekly basis
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and company standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Residential Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and timelines
- Experience managing remodels and/or custom home builds
- Comfortable using construction and project management software
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality control
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Strong leadership ability with a team-first mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, or similar (preferred)
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
