IT Technician

What You'll Do:

Start on our Break/Fix team as an In-House Technician or an On-Call Rescue Technician

• Diagnose and repair computers, networking equipment, and software for walk-in clients and small businesses

• Implement and troubleshoot technology solutions both onsite and remotely

• Assist with wired and wireless network installations

• Take on a variety of other tech-related tasks (we promise, you won't be bored)

Growth:

As you learn, you will transition to one of our Managed Services teams. On this team you will work exclusively with contracted commercial clients, helping them get the most out of their technology.

If you're the right fit, you'll find that advancement here doesn't take long. Many team members move up in just a few months.
