Bartender – The Beer Box at Fredonia Filling Station

Fredonia Filling Station is under new ownership, and The Beer Box is launching an exciting new chapter. We're looking for a friendly, dependable Bartender to join our growing team and help deliver a great guest experience in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests
• Operate POS systems (Shift4/ Skytab)
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Restock supplies, glassware, and garnishes as needed
• Monitor guests to ensure responsible alcohol service
• Assist with events, banquets, and special functions
• Communicate inventory needs and work with team members for smooth service

Qualifications:

• Bartending or food and beverage experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy shifts
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Basic math skills for cash handling and measuring ingredients
• Experience in nightclubs, banquets, catering, or hospitality settings is a plus
• Beer knowledge or interest in beverage preparation is a bonus
