Work Schedule: Choose between 4 days a week (36 hours) or 5 days a week (40 hours).

Salary: £13.01 per hour + a fantastic £400 Qualification Recognition Bonus! We truly value the dedication and expertise of our Level 3 Practitioners. Working Hours: Our nursery operates from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and we require flexibility to work varied shift patterns within these hours.

• Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
• Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
• Support the smooth running of the nursery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
• Build professional relationships and report any concerns to management as per company policy.
• Facilitate a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
• Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and company policies.

*Please note that duties may evolve, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

• Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification – essential.
• Fluency in written and spoken English – essential.
• Over 1 year of experience in Early Years – desirable.
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – desirable.
