Behavior Therapist Opportunity

We are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one therapy to children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing individualized therapy sessions to meet the unique needs of each child
• Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans in collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Fostering social skills and adaptive behaviors through peer play and group activities
