We are looking for a skilled and experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This position requires precision, efficiency, and a deep understanding of warehouse operations and material handling. You will ensure that inventory is stored safely and efficiently, maximizing space utilization within the facility. The ideal candidate will have a valid certification or proven experience operating a reach truck, a strong commitment to Safety , and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be integral to our Logistics process, ensuring timely movement of goods. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy and preventing damage to products and equipment. This role requires strict adherence to all operating procedures and the consistent use of PPE . The ability to perform occasional Lifting of items up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods is also necessary. Join us and be a key player in our efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently to move and store inventory.
- Load and unload materials from trailers and racks.
- Accurately locate and retrieve products for order fulfillment.
- Stack and arrange inventory to optimize warehouse space.
- Perform pre-operation checks on the reach truck and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Properly use all required PPE .
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting as needed.
- Follow all Logistics procedures and documentation requirements.
- The ability to perform occasional manual tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
