*Duties*
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects utilizing Agile, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Waterfall, and other project management methodologies to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
* Coordinate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables clearly.
* Develop comprehensive project schedules using Microsoft Project, Visio, and other project management tools; monitor progress through project scheduling techniques.
* Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively; implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project flow.
* Oversee the development and execution of test cases and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate software functionality before deployment.
* Facilitate communication among technical teams, business units, vendors, and executive sponsors to maintain transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
* Drive release management processes including planning, coordination, and deployment of enterprise software updates and cloud computing solutions such as AWS.
* Ensure adherence to IT governance standards, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), and organizational policies.
* Conduct analysis skills assessments to optimize resource allocation; utilize Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), SharePoint for collaboration and tracking.
* Support disaster recovery planning, IT infrastructure upgrades, database management (SQL, Oracle), and integration efforts related to enterprise software systems.
*Experience*
* Proven experience managing large-scale IT / New Construction of IT projects within enterprise environments using Agile (including SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
* Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS along with experience implementing cloud-based solutions.
* Demonstrated ability in project scheduling tools including Microsoft Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
* Familiarity with project management software like Jira, VersionOne, TFS for tracking progress and managing workflows effectively.
* Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis skills, user acceptance testing (UAT), and test-driven development practices.
* Solid understanding of SDLC processes combined with PMBOK standards for successful project delivery.
* Experience managing IT infrastructure projects involving disaster recovery plans and system integrations with databases like SQL Server or Oracle.
* Leadership skills with a focus on program management; ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement; negotiation skills for vendor management; strong time management abilities to meet deadlines consistently. Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
