Luminate Education Group are recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner to join our TLA team.

As an Advanced Practitioner with a keen interest in vocational skills, you will collaborate with curriculum departments and provide expert support to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment for students and apprentices across the group.

What You Will Do- Lead on training and development across curriculum departments.
- Support and guide early careers teachers and colleagues to continuously improve through mentoring and coaching.
- Conduct quality assurance activities that inform and shape improvement strategies.
- Dedicate one day per week to teaching within your area of expertise.
- A keen interest/background in vocational teaching, learning and assessment.
- A proven track record of good or better teaching, learning, and assessment.
- A confident and empathetic approach to mentoring, coaching, and professional development.
- A passion for sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
- Have a good level of digital skills and be confident in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
