Server

Crescent Pointe Golf Club is recruiting for enthusiastic and experienced Servers. Our Servers will provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a lasting rapport with guests.

Duties:
- Provides immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating.

• Takes beverage and food orders in specified station.

• Cleans all assigned work areas in kitchen and restaurant areas.

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers.

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

• Advises supervisor of any member or guest complaints as soon as they occur.

Skills:
-Excellent customer service skills.

-Strong knowledge of different types of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.

-Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

-Effective communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.

-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

-Knowledge of food service regulations and health codes.

-Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.

-Prior experience in the hospitality industry, catering, brewing, or food service is preferred but not required.
