We are a publicly Chinese company specializing in electric motor technology. We offer high-quality products such as motors, fans, and pumps, as well as technical solutions for customers worldwide. Our customers are located around the globe. Our innovative products are widely used in areas such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), commercial vehicles, cold chain logistics, IT data centers, medical technology—including robotic joints—and many other industries.

To further expand our European business and drive forward our strategic development, we are strengthening our team in Germany. Our German subsidiary in Munich is therefore looking for a Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to start immediately.


  • Coordinate and manage customer projects from initial inquiry to mass production
  • Serve as the communication bridge between customers, suppliers, and our Chinese headquarters
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, and status reports
  • Support technical clarifications and documentation processes
  • Organize and participate in project meetings, including preparing minutes and follow-up actions
  • Ensure smooth information flow among all internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with quality-related topics and change management
  • Coordinate sample shipments, testing activities, and approval processes

  • Completed commercial or technical training, or a relevant university degree
  • Initial experience in project management or customer support is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Mandarin Chinese skills and German language are a strong plus
  • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong intercultural communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to take responsibility
