We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing essential support to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
• Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure accurately
• Support patients in their nutritional needs by helping with feeding and ensuring proper meal intake
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by assisting with hygiene routines and ensuring infection control protocols are followed
• Observe patients for any changes in condition and report concerns promptly to registered nursing staff
• Aid in the repositioning of patients to prevent bedsores and improve circulation
• Support administrative tasks such as updating patient records and assisting with documentation as required

• Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach towards individuals of all ages and backgrounds
• Knowledge of basic anatomy to understand patient needs and assist effectively
• Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with patients, families, and healthcare team members
