What We're Looking For:
We're looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team Our next training class begins on March 9th. If you love helping others and are looking for a remote role with consistent work and clear expectations, this may be the job for you
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. We want to consistently deliver personalized and satisfying interactions that furthers customers' trust in our California Psychics brand.
This is a 100% remote role, but candidates must reside in FL, NV, or TX.
What You'll Do:
Deliver above-and-beyond customer service over all our channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Become an expert on our products, supporting our customers to connect with advisors to find the answers and guidance they are seeking.
Assist customers to create and maintain existing accounts
Be an advocate for our customers and proactive in finding solutions to any issues that may arise

You are able to commit to assigned schedules and meet attendance expectations.

What You'll Need:
Knowledge and/or interest in spiritual/new age, metaphysical and/or psychic arts
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service and/or an up-selling environment
Reliable High-speed internet connection. Minimum 100 Mbps required
Typing speed: 45 wpm
Quiet space to work at home
High school diploma or its equivalent
