Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and logistic support expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the optimal maintenance and operational readiness of rolling stock equipment. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Operation and Maintenance, Technical Publication, Training, and Special Tools), liaise with both internal and external partners to ensure project success, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service strategies.
You'll specifically take care of analyzing and validating maintenance elements from the design stage, but also producing key deliverables such as maintenance plans and life cycle cost (LCC) evaluations.
We'll look to you for:
- Analyzing, optimizing, and validating support and maintenance elements from the design stage
- Proposing design improvements to integrate maintenance constraints
- Ensuring the export of LSA requirements to suppliers through tenders
- Using operational feedback to improve service strategies
- Performing maintainability demonstrations and maintenance optimizations
- Producing LSA deliverables such as maintenance plans and initial provisioning lists

- Degree in engineering or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience in a Service Engineering environment
- Knowledge of rolling stock products and solutions
- Strong understanding of engineering product structure
- Experience or familiarity with SAP, MS Office suite, Outlook, and Catia
- Good communication skills in English or French
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an action-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
