Window Cleaning Technician

We're hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Window Cleaner to service both residential homes and commercial properties. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in delivering spotless results, and is comfortable working at heights. You'll represent our company on job sites and help maintain long-term customer relationships through quality service.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior windows, screens, tracks, and frames
• Service residential homes and commercial buildings (offices, storefronts, etc.)
• Use ladders, lifts, ropes, and safety equipment properly
• Deliver streak-free, professional results on every job
• Interact professionally with homeowners, tenants, and business clients
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Window cleaning experience preferred (residential and/or commercial)
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift equipment and work on ladders
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
