Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various flooring types to ensure a spotless appearance
• Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for guest needs
• Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including deep cleans of carpets or upholstery
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards consistently to promote a healthy environment for guests and staff
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control and reporting maintenance issues promptly
• Support team efforts in delivering exceptional hospitality by maintaining a positive attitude and collaborating effectively with colleagues

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards of cleanliness
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving heavy objects when necessary
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality service
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Prior experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
