We are a provider of ABA services with a newly opened center in Joliet, looking to grow our outstanding team of therapists and professionals as we enroll more children. We serve children ages 2-15 in our school-like setting. Our unique approach combines ABA services to teach meaningful skills and increase desired behaviors with educational activities aligned to state learning standards to increase academic success and school-readiness.

The Position:
We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. This part-time role is ideal for a BCBA looking for flexible evening hours, a small caseload, and a collaborative, high-quality clinical environment.
The BCBA will work with a maximum caseload of six learners, providing a minimum of 2 hours of supervision per learner each week. Our after-school program runs from 3:00 - 7:00, Monday through Fridays. The BCBA would have the flexibility to set her schedule within these parameters, as clinically indicated.
Job responsibilities include:
- Provide supervision to RBTs
- Conduct assessments and update treatment plans
- Deliver monthly parent trainings
- Train and mentor staff
- Analyze data and ensure treatment fidelity
- Maintain ethical and compliant documentation
- Collaborate with schools, families, and team members
- Develop and oversee learners' behavior intervention plans
Job Qualifications:
- Must have active BCBA certification
- Illinois license or eligibility
- Mimimum 2 years experience as BCBA working with ASD population
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook systems
- Knowledge of Ensora and Teams platforms
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $ $70.00 per hour
