• You play a direct role in improving road safety in Québec;

We are looking for people who are:

• Passionate about teaching driving;

• Patient, pedagogical, and detail-oriented;

As an automobile instructor, you will:

• Support students in developing proper driving habits;

• Teach practical driving in accordance with the Tecnic program and SAAQ requirements;

• Bridge theory and practice in a concrete way;

• Provide clear and constructive feedback;

• Conduct formative assessments;

• Ensure safe, respectful, and high-quality instruction;

• Perform basic vehicle checks and report any issues.

Depending on your interests, skills, and organizational needs, you may have the opportunity to:

• Teach theory (as an in-class or online instructor);

• Teach in another language, depending on your profile;

• Act as a coach or support instructor for other instructors;

• Take on new responsibilities recognized through tasks and compensation.

Growth is progressive and based on experience, commitment, and opportunities.

• Hold a valid Québec driver’s licence (Class 5) for at least two (2) years;

• Have fewer than four demerit points;

• Be comfortable driving for extended periods;

• Pass a criminal background check (government requirement).

• Mainly evenings and weekends

• Full-time or part-time

• On-site position

• Montréal and surrounding areas
