Bartender

Bartenders Wanted at Tiki Tom's in Walnut Creek

We are a high-volume craft cocktail bar in the heart of downtown. Tiki Tom's is seeking experienced, creative bartenders to join our team.

Bartender Responsibilities:

-Prepare and serve classic and signature tiki cocktails using fresh ingredients

-Maintain deep knowledge of rums, tropical fruits, syrups and cocktail recipes

-Create a fun, immersive tiki experience

-Engage with guests to ensure outstanding hospitality and customer service

-Ensure bar area is clean, stocked, and following all health code regulations

-Arrive for shifts on time and maintain a neat, professional appearance

Requirements:

-2 years bartending experience preferred

-Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and ingredients

-Warmth and attentiveness in guest interactions and service

-Positive team player attitude and desire to learn tiki history/culture

-Sunday availability mandatory
