Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in data entry and computer applications, and have experience in call center or customer support environments. Bilingual abilities, especially in English and other languages, are highly valued to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle services, appointments, and general questions about our dealership.
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Manage client information accurately through data entry into our CRM system using Microsoft Office tools and other software.
- Support sales efforts by engaging with potential clients and promoting available services or promotions.
- Process transactions such as cash handling when necessary, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance overall client satisfaction.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone presence.
- Strong data entry skills with high typing accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
- Previous call center experience or background in customer service is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Sales experience or the ability to promote products/services confidently is a plus.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities (especially English) are highly desirable for serving diverse customers effectively.
- Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. This position offers an engaging work environment where excellent communication and customer service skills are valued and developed further.
Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
