Position Overview
We're looking for a detail-driven, motivated Escrow Processor to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you'll play an essential part in ensuring a smooth and efficient closing process for our clients. You'll be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating with various parties, and keeping transactions on track — all while delivering top-notch service and staying compliant with industry regulations.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and process escrow files with accuracy and attention to detail
- Review and verify loan documents, contracts, and disclosures for completeness and compliance
- Coordinate with escrow closers, loan officers, clients, and agents to ensure timely closings
- Track key deadlines and manage all necessary documentation throughout the escrow process
- Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing inquiries
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the processing period
What We're Looking For
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and achieve goals
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Adherence to strict confidentiality policies and procedures, particularly when handling sensitive financial data.
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues and clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in the title insurance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Word, and internet-based tools.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to manage multiple phone lines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
