Your Opportunity Awaits

In this multi-skilled role, you’ll join a dynamic maintenance team at our cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Wolverhampton. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Provide engineering maintenance support to all manufacturing assets and equipment.
  • Work with advanced technologies, including automated equipment, robots, and complex tooling.
  • Receive top-notch training, including Siemens, Kuka, and ABB Robotics Training.
  • Contribute to the production of Battery Packs, Electric Drive Units, and other electrification machinery.

Whether you’re an electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, or a multiskilled engineer, we’ll equip you with the training and support you need to elevate your career in the exciting world of electric vehicles.

What to Expect

As a vital member of the Maintenance team, you will:

  • Be the first response to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime through safe working practices.
  • Conduct PM checks and running checks, ensuring timely completion.
  • Implement permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.
  • Participate in weekend/shutdown work and deliver projects as needed.
  • Embrace ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills.
What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • A relevant Level 3 NVQ/BTEC/City and Guilds in Engineering.
  • Significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with CNC Machining Centres and related systems.
  • A solid understanding of PLCs and fault-finding techniques.
