Job Details: Position: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), Working in classrooms with students 5-13 y.o Contract Dates: February 9, 2026 – June 29, 2026 (21 weeks) Schedule: Day Shift, Monday- Friday during school schedule Hours: 8:15 AM – 3:15 PM Meal Break: 45 minutes Pay Rate: $70.00 per hour Employment Type: Contract (Non-Permanent) Top Responsibilities: Conduct behavior assessments and develop treatment plans Implement behavior intervention strategies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care Required Skills: Experience in behavior analysis and applied behavior analysis Knowledge of mental health and behavioral health principles Ability to work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities Company Overview: ATC Healthcare Services NJ is a family-run healthcare staffing company that values personal accountability and work-life balance.
