The Sales Representative will drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals. This role involves promoting our products or services to potential customers, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, persuasive, and thrives in a competitive environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer value. Key Responsibilities Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and research to build a robust sales pipeline. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to effectively communicate value propositions and close sales. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while tracking progress using CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align on strategies and resolve customer issues. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales approaches and improve performance. Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation to support data-driven decision-making. Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to represent the company and generate new leads. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant sales certifications are a plus. 2-5 years of experience in sales roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with willingness to travel as needed. High energy, resilience, and a customer-focused mindset. Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship available.
