Operations Program Manager

Microsoft Business Operations is responsible for the launch, deploy, and transact and optimization activities for all programs supporting the Consumer & Commercial organizations out of Microsoft's Operations Service Centre (OSC). The Cloud Services Operation team (CSO) is a function within the OSC responsible for accurate and compliant processing of credit transactions and fulfilment of non-standard contractual obligations for our most strategic customers.

We are hiring an Operations Program Manager to join the team of talented operations professionals, in a mission critical role accountable for:

· Managing lifecycle of contractual credit programs enabling cloud revenue acceleration

· Engaging with key stakeholders to scope and plan custom credit programs

· Optimizing and scaling program execution in the event of large-scale cloud outages and other customer impacting events.

In this role, candidates will lead the end-to-end execution of custom credit programs and associated initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and timely delivery across multiple stakeholders. This role is pivotal in managing complex credit/discount structures, contract amendments, and lifecycle obligations while driving alignment between engineering, finance, operations, and partner teams.

The ideal candidate is an experienced program manager, comfortable working in a high pace environment and exhibits strong organizational planning, communication skills, has experience with working with uses data and analytics and has strong customer obsession and compliance focus.
