• Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques.

• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients or assembling simple menu items when needed.
• Support the catering team by handling dishware for banquet events and ensuring timely cleanup.
• Organize and store clean items efficiently to streamline kitchen operations.
• Follow food handling procedures diligently to uphold hygiene standards across all tasks.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key
• Basic understanding of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or containers.

• Experience with bussing tables or supporting food service operations is a plus.
