Now Hiring: Part-Time Handyman (1099 Contractor)

Precise Home Pros, LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable part-time handyman to join our team in Southwest Florida As this position you'll be working in all regions of Southwest Florida.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE : your own truck and tools
• Available Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (part-time hours)
• Can work another job & this position
• Experience in general home repairs (drywall, painting, minor electrical/plumbing, etc.)
• Experience in carpentry, door installation, baseboard installation, crown molding, garage shelving, window installation and construction work-demolition.
• 1099 contractor position

Storm Shutter Installation & Removal Requirements **MUST HAVE**

• Must be able to install and remove both plastic and metal storm shutters, including work on second-level homes.
• Comfortable and experienced working on different roof types, including tile, metal, and standard shingle roofs.
• Must provide own ladder(s) capable of safely reaching second-story homes.
• Must be knowledgeable and skilled in handling all types of storm shutters, ensuring secure installation and safe removal.
